Draft Author?<\/h2>\n

You\u2019ll partner with Sunrise and a Lead Author to create a story in the world of the Lead Author, be mentored, and launch your career!<\/p>\n

Who we\u2019re looking for:<\/strong><\/p>\n

With at least a year of serious writing study already under your belt, the Draft Author will\u00a0<\/span>understand the structure of a great story and how to form a character<\/strong>. We are looking for authors who are familiar with\u00a0<\/span>The Story Equation<\/a><\/em>\u2014the plotting\/characterization book by\u00a0<\/span>Susan May Warren<\/a>\u2014or at least the understanding of a Wound, Lie, and Fear to propel a character into the story.<\/p>\n

The Draft Author\u00a0<\/span>will have already finished one story to completion\u00a0(even if it is not ready for publication) and will have\u00a0attended at least one writing class, online or in person. (We want to see a willingness to learn.)<\/p>\n
