Sunrise Publishing Season Two Announced – Lose your heart in Hearts Bend, a contemporary literary romance collection presented by Rachel Hauck.
JUNE 2nd, 2020 — Sunrise Publishing is pleased to announce the launch of their second publication season with NYT and Wall Street Journal Bestselling Author Rachel Hauck as Lead Author and Mentor.
The success of the NYT bestselling The Wedding Dress launched the Wedding Collection where Rachel introduced the quaint and loveable small town of Hearts Bend, TN in The Wedding Shop and The Wedding Chapel.
Building on this success, we are looking for three novels set in this small southern town that showcases the culture and romance of the south, along with the “wedding feeling” of the current novels. Stories can include some of the beloved members of this town.
A little about Hearts Bend:
Hearts Bend is a lively little town southwest of Nashville. Population 7000. The town is a bedroom community for Nashville musicians and others in the music industry, as well as generational families.
Tourism is a big part of their economy. The Wedding Shop and the Wedding Chapel have become bridal destinations. But there is a lot of tradition in Hearts Bend and the residents are determined to hold onto it.
Hearts Bend is the place where people come home, retreat, heal and find hope. Above all, there’s always a little “magic” lurking in the air.
Although wholesome, these stories feature characters with real problems, real drama, and compelling storylines that will inspire the readers’ faith, entertain their minds, and satisfy their hearts.
Each story will be approximately 60,000-70,000 words and will release in 2022 in ebook and print versions (and, when appropriate, audio as well).
