Sunrise Publishing Season 3 Announced – Enter the dangerous and fast-paced world of the Elite Guardians, a romantic suspense collection presented by Lynette Eason.
September 29, 2020 — Sunrise Publishing is pleased to announce the launch of its third publication season with bestselling and award-winning author Lynette Eason as Lead Author and Mentor.
Lynette captivated her readers with her unique Elite Guardians romantic suspense series. Featuring strong, highly skilled female bodyguards, the series enthralled readers looking for action and adventure with a romantic thread.
Building on this success, we are seeking proposals set in Columbia, South Carolina—the home of the Elite Guardians Agency—featuring one of three female bodyguards Lynette has previously introduced as minor characters in her series. The stories will include a balance between suspense and romance, with a thread of inspirational faith.
We will be choosing three authors to write these stories with Lynette.
A little about the Elite Guardians
The bodyguards of Elite Guardians Agency have more than just skill and prowess in common—they’re also almost all women.
In Columbia, South Carolina, Olivia Edwards Savage manages her highly respected close protection agency—Elite Guardians Agency—working alongside her colleagues and friends, Katie, Maddy, and Haley. Olivia’s team of skilled bodyguards has been so successful in maintaining the safety of their clients that she’s employed more talent to meet the demand, including:
- Christina Sherman: She’s tall, blonde, and magazine-model worthy with dark eyes that don’t miss a thing.
- Laila Rabbinowitz: A Messianic Jew, petite with chocolate brown eyes and a shy smile, she has deadly skills and a razor-sharp mind.
- Lizzie Harrison: Lizzie is an open book…she is multi-talented and ready to take on new challenges.
And we can’t forget Olivia’s brother, Charlie Edwards, who rounds out the Elite Guardians team. He’s an excellent bodyguard who is unperturbed by his status as the only male. He’s also kind of crazy about Lizzie, so a storyline with Charlie and Lizzie is a possibility.
As they work closely with their clients, the new bodyguards offer high-level protection, face danger boldly, and discover love where they least expect it.
Each story in Season 3 will be approximately 60,000 words, and will release in 2022 in ebook and print versions (and, when appropriate, audio as well).
